A great time was had by everybody yesterday at our autumn-themed Partnership Day at Bungay Primary School. We had time for lots of great activities like sewing felt leaves, making leave paintings, weaving colourful paper leaves and creating 'four seasons' trees with our fingers.

Have a look at some of our fantastic artwork...

Well done to everybody for super behaviour and hard work.

We concluded our work on 'Man on the moon: a day in the life of Bob' this week with a Big Write, retelling the story in our own words, remembering our capital letters and full stops and using interesting words to make our writing extra exciting. I am so impressed with how fantastic everybody's stories were - well done.

Freddie Knight was in the Golden Book this week for consistent effort and for having an ongoing positive attitude towards his learning. Well done Freddie!

Home Learning

Due WEDNESDAY 2nd NOVEMBER

Over the half term holiday, your home learning is to search for and collect signs of autumn, for example pinecones, fallen leaves (different shapes, sizes and colours), nuts and acorns. Think about the signs of autumn we have talked about in our Science lessons.
You should put them in a small resealable plastic bag or tub, but please make sure they can be easily carried into school and they are CLEAN and DRY (you might need to ask a grown up to help you check).
You should bring these in by WEDNESDAY 2nd November to be used for some autumn-themed artwork.

You also have spellings in your spelling book.
The first spelling challenge will be on Friday 4th November.

Have a lovely half term everybody - see you on 31st October!
