This week we have used story mountains to help us think about the key events in a story - this will make it easier to retell stories!

We used 'Where the Wild Things are' and drew and then wrote about what happens at the beginning, middle and end.

We have been representing numbers this week in different ways - thinking about ordering and finding 1 more in Year 1 and focusing on the value of each digit in 2 digit numbers (tens and ones) in Year 2.

On Wednesday we talked about 'consequences' and decided that there are both good and bad consequences for behaviours! We decided on suitable consequences for lots of different behaviours and what would be 'fair'.
